Current Positions

Lead Graphic Designer

Are you an experienced Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge? We're looking to add a Lead Graphic Designer to our team who will be responsible for designing and producing our leading print and web publications along with their social media entities. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be promoted to the Senior Designer role in a short period of time.

You should have a minimum of five years experience and the ability to 'think outside the box' when implementing design solutions. Equally as important will be your knowledge of current graphic design trends and as a publishing company we would expect you to have excellent English language skills!

Applicants must submit a resume, portfolio and a covering letter as soon as possible and before February 20th 2018, demonstrating:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional English language, proof-reading and writing skills
  • A university education with min 2.2 Hons (in relevant subject)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Above average knowledge of Adobe products
  • Self-motivation, team player and proactive characteristics
  • Great organisational and time management skills

Experience of working in an agency or publishing environment would be an advantage, as would a knowledge of HTML5 and digital marketing.

This would be an ideal role for either an experienced designer or someone looking to move up the career ladder and will suit someone who enjoys diversity, learning and proactively introducing new ideas.

Research Assistant / Summer Interns

Are you always asking questions, on the look-out for new information or one of those people who get anxiously-excited about getting the scoop on the next big thing? 

We’re looking for 2 Research Assistants/Summer Interns to come join our team of writers/researchers for an experience you’ll never forget! You’ll work with and learn from a team of four well-seasoned writer-researchers on our leading print and web publications and their social media entities.

If you can demonstrate the following then please get in touch asap:

  • A proven ability for research and writing
  • Exceptional English language, proof reading and writing skills 
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Above average aptitude when using MS Office and Adobe products 
  • Self-motivation, team-player and proactive characteristics 
  • Some university education with a focus on English, Journalism, Media/Marketing 

We will consider either a more experienced part-time individual who might be looking to work for us every year from March, or interns when you become available. We can be flexible for the right person, so don't be shy and get in touch!

Start Date: Positions can start as early as March 2018 or as late as May 2018, running through to September 2018, with the potential of an annual renewal.

Graphic Designer

Is design in your blood? We want you!  We're looking to add a full-time graphic designer to our team who can work on our leading print and web publications along with their social media entities.

As an exceptional designer, the ideal candidate will be an agile, completer-finisher capable of both receiving direction and working autonomously as a custodian of our four brand profiles. As a competent communicator with excellent English language skills, you will be adept at keeping up to date with current graphic design trends.

While graphic design is the main function of this role, the candidate will be an all-rounder who will relish the diversity of tasks expected in a successful publishing company, including, but not limited to writing, research and client management.
